One of my greatest strengths is to guide you in surface selections for the kitchen and bath remodel. It is critcal to get this right. These areas hold the greatest value in your home so it is imparative to get the tones, textures, and color perfect.

For those who want a turn-key option, I will oversee the project from beginning concept to installation and photos. We will meet and discuss your needs, what isn’t working, and how to transform your space into a place that thrives. I will take photos, notes, and measurements and return with ideas to fine tune with you. I will provide samples and we will decide on your final choice within your budget. I will design, research, source, order, and coordinate contractors as needed. Once installation day comes, I will create and make the magic happen for the reveal, and you take in your new space.

This service can involve anything from advising on what to pack up or leave for staging, or me coming in and staging your furniture for a sale while you still live there.

Another option is for me to stage your home and bring in rented staged items. Many agents offer an option for renting staging items so that you don’t have to worry about any extra fees and costs.
However, sometimes there is not an included option for renting staging items through your realtor. In this case a third party company is a better option when it comes to your budget. I will help connect you with these companies and get you what you need to make the most of your space!
