As far back as I can remember I have always been creating and designing. As a kid, I was cutting out ideas from magazines and decorating my room. I love imagining what would make a space feel more welcoming, or address what doesn’t work. I have strengths in marrying the old with new and playing on opposites, so they complement one another; such as shiny sleek countertops against the warmth of wood or textured linen fabric nestled against soft velvet. Modern meets vintage. I love to see the unexpected and make it possible or hear the line “I would never have thought of doing that”.
